After two vibrant days (September 26–27, 2025), the 10th National Young Architects Festival – Hue 2025, themed “Green Journey”, officially came to a close, leaving behind countless memories and lasting impressions on 1,292 young architects and friends from across the country.

A Journey of youth and creativity
The National Young Architects Festival has long been a major platform, a meeting place for generations of young architects eager to create, contribute, and share. Held in Hue, the former imperial capital rich in cultural heritage, this year’s 10th Festival was not just a professional event but also an experiential journey that spread the spirit of sustainability, creativity, and humanity.
Over two days, thousands of young architects from all regions of Vietnam took part in a diverse range of activities: professional seminars, creative exhibitions, cultural and artistic exchanges, and, most memorably, a spectacular closing Gala Night full of color and energy.
The Gala Night – Where youth shines bright
The Festival’s grand finale, the Gala Night, became the highlight with a vibrant Carnival celebration. Rhythmic footsteps, lively music, colorful costumes, and radiant smiles transformed Hue into a dazzling stage of youth and creativity.
The Carnival was not only a visual spectacle but also a testament to the solidarity and exuberant spirit of Vietnam’s young architectural community. It was a moment for each regional team to express its unique identity while celebrating unity within a shared professional community.
Carnival Competition Results:
- First Prize – Military Architects Team
- Second Prize – Southwest Region Architects Team
- Third Prize – Joint Team of Central Agencies under VAA – CH Architects Connico – Agohub Architects Club
United for the community
One of the most meaningful highlights of this year’s Festival was the charity auction held during the Gala Night. The auction aimed to raise funds for the program “Building and Repairing Homes for Disadvantaged Families in Hue City”.

A Pháp Lam enamel painting, a symbol of Hue’s rich cultural heritage, was successfully auctioned by the Yên Bái team for 155 million VND. Together with additional contributions from other teams, the total charity fund exceeded 200 million VND. All proceeds will go toward building safe homes for underprivileged households, bringing warmth, stability, and compassion to the local community.
This act of kindness deeply moved participants and further highlighted the social responsibility and community spirit of Vietnam’s young architects.
See you in Hai Phong 2027!
As the Hue Festival concluded, delegates voted to select the next host for the 11th National Young Architects Festival. With strong preparation and commitment, the Hai Phong Architects Team proudly won the right to host the 2027 edition.
Hai Phong will be the next destination, where Vietnam’s young architects will continue their inspiring “green journeys”, fueled by passion, enthusiasm, and a shared aspiration to build a creative, sustainable, and community-oriented architectural future.

The 10th National Young Architects Festival – Hue 2025 concluded in joy, pride, and emotion. Its success was not measured only by the thousands of participants but also by the spirit of unity, relentless creativity, and deep sense of social responsibility embodied by this generation of young architects.
See you in Hai Phong 2027 – to continue the journey of youth, shaping new values for the profession and the community.
