On June 27, Archetype Group announced the completion of the E.town 6 project, a modern office building developed by REE Corporation. The event was attended by Mr. François Magnier, Chairman of Archetype Group, and Mr. Jean-François Chevance, Design Director of Archetype Group, who is also the Lead Architect of the E.town 6 project.
E.town 6 project located in Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh city, is a newly completed office building in the E.town building chain, with an area of 37,000 square meters with modern, optimal office space and built according to strict environmental standards. The project marks the third successful cooperation between Archetype Group and REE Corporation in Vietnam. Archetype Group is the unit responsible for architectural design, interior design, landscape and exterior design, and façade engineering for this project. The building has been granted LEED Platinum certification.
E.town 6 is a groundbreaking project demonstrated through modern design and optimal technical features. With a total area of 79,779 square meters, the building will provide a spacious working environment including 14 floors of office space, 4 basement parking floors, a convenient food court, a naturally ventilated ground floor, along with a swimming pool and a rooftop terrace.
The main lobby area in the E.town 6 building can be seen from the offices above, creating a vibrant area while creating an open space with natural ventilation. The front lobby has windows with unique views, creating an impressive aesthetic for the building.
E.town 6 is a typical project of sustainable commercial real estate to create a healthy and environmentally friendly working environment.
Both Archetype Group and REE Corporation are committed to sustainable development and care for people and nature. This commitment is clearly demonstrated through the E.town 6 project, which has been awarded LEED Platinum certification (the highest rating granted by the US Green Building Council).
The building is equipped with energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems, rainwater harvesting technology, and a green roof that absorbs heat. These features not only help reduce greenhouse gas emissions but also promote a healthier working environment.

Mr. François Magnier, Chairman of Archetype Group, affirmed: “Archetype Group looks forward to continuing to cooperate with REE Corporation in developing sustainable design and construction ideas and solutions. The launch of E.town 6 marks an important step forward in the sustainable development path of the Vietnamese construction industry, and we are proud to be a part of this journey.”
