In order to find an architectural plan with creative, unique, contemporary ideas and create a highlight at Thuy Van Square in the Thuy Van Street Renovation Project in Vung Tau City. Vung Tau City People’s Committee has organized a design plan competition twice in 2024, but has not yet selected a plan that is truly unique in terms of architectural ideas and artistic value. Therefore, Vung Tau City People’s Committee continues to invite the third project design competition as follows.<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Competition name: <\/b>Competition for architectural design of a highlight project at Thuy Van Square, Vung Tau city.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Competition organizer: <\/b>Vung Tau City Construction Investment Project Management Board<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Competition participants: <\/b>Organizations and design consulting units on architecture and fine arts with prestige in the country and abroad, qualified to practice according to current Vietnamese law.<\/span><\/li>\n

          • 01 set of competition regulations (including competition registration forms);<\/span><\/li>\n
          • 01 set of design task documents;<\/span><\/li>\n
          • 01 set of legal documents approving project investment and competition;<\/span><\/li>\n
          • 01 Decision approving the detailed planning at a scale of 1\/500 of the project construction area;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              • 01 First Prize: 200,000,000 VND<\/b><\/li>\n
              • 01 Second Prize: 100,000,000 VND<\/b><\/li>\n

              • Up to 03 prizes after the third prize: 20,000,000 VND<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  The Organizing Committee encourages design consulting organizations to submit their application documents and design products directly.
